2001 Peugeot 206 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 137000 miles

my peugeot 206 has lack of power when ac is on and jerks when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear, and sometimes when on neutral or on parking the snowflake and sport lights on the dashboard flashes alternately.
