2015 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi.

Primary code is P0208 (Injector 8 Circuit). Code returns immediately after clearing and startup.

Work already performed:

* Repaired/replaced injector #8 control wire.
* Replaced injector #8 connector/pigtail.
* Swapped injector #8 with another injector.
* Checked injector resistance and compared to other injectors.
* Verified injector pulse width is similar to other cylinders.
* Verified cylinder #8 affects idle when injector is unplugged.
* No cylinder #8 misfire counts shown in Mode $06.
* No P0308 misfire code present.

Replaced PCM with programmed replacement unit.

* P0208 remains current and pending.

So to confirm you replaced the wire from the injector to the PCM, replaced the fuel injector and the PCM itself? My gut here: PCM connector terminal tension or a wiring repair that passes basic tests but fails under load. That would explain why the injector still works but the PCM keeps flagging P0208 immediately. Lets do an OHMS test on the circuit, unplug the injector and PCM and use this guide to test the wiring.

Lets test for 12 volts with the key on at the pink/white wire at the injector. Here is the circuit I need you to test. Also double check the wiring connectors @ the injector and the PCM. Check out the images (below). Let me know how it goes
