The PCV hose broke in three places, so I know on passenger side where it connects, then goes behind engine connects back right corner. My question is, is that the only two places it connects? The one I bought already has the PCV valve in it.

Good afternoon.

Can you please give me the correct engine so I can get accurate information?

You list a 5.7 V8 which not accurate.

The car is a 1998 Z28 Camaro 5.7 350 engine. I do not know what happened? It is not a Cavalier. Hope you can help me out in how it hooks up. Thanks

Okay, that makes better sense.

I attached a diagram for you to view on the PCV system.

See if this is what you have. It connects to both valve covers.

I think I understand now, I sent you a picture of new PCV hose so it hooks up in just two places that little short piece is for like a vent for fresh air? I was told the 1998 5.7 Camaro was different from the 1999 through 2002. Sorry, I am learning, I have repaired a few things on it by myself. Thanks again.

All three have a home. Two to the valve cover and one to the main vacuum line from the manifold.

I replaced the PCV hose today on my car. It took me about two hours, once I moved some other things out of the way I saw where that other hook up was in back corner on passenger side. I do not think I could have did it without your help so thanks again. Becky
