PCM/ACC fuse

The fuse keeps blowing all the car was fine until thermostat was changed which is underneath the car. Ran great before that. But when to turn the ignition had power to car but it wouldn't even turn over and fuse keeps popping.

Good evening,

Did you double-check your work to be sure you did not trap any wires where you were working? It sounds like something got trapped somewhere.

I've unhooked all connections including sensors still getting a dead short on the acm/pcd.

Okay, the fuse controls the ASD relay and the PCM. I would disconnect the ASD relay and see if the fuse still fails. If it does, good chance it is the PCM.

Ok so it's the ignition fuse on inside panel and the asd/PCM FUSE under the hood what's the easiest way to narrow it down?

Yes but I didn't know that the ignition fuse on the inside was blowing at the same time.
