Greetings. I greet you and the comment is that my vehicle does not start and check the PCM and apparently no damage is shown what may be the cause, and if you have the knowledge if there is the internal diagram of the PCB, both that vehicle and the other marks? My intention is to layer myself to repair that type of computer or control modules, it is all for the moment I say goodbye.

Not starting is very seldom the PCM. If you have access to an O-Scope you can check the most likely problem which is the crankshaft sensor.

As for having any information on the actual PCB in the PCM module, you will not find those anywhere except the very few repair centers that GM has authorized to do rebuilds. Worse is that you need very specific testing set-ups to work on them.

Good Luck.

Greetings. The problem is that they install another PCM and turn on without problem, and checked the PCM several places that supposedly have that service and did not find anything that according to them is functional, only in the vehicle does not function does not start, and in relation to the PBC of the PCM you know some site that has the diagrams or diagrams of the PCB, or as it mentions only some authorized centers GMC, there must be some place where they have that information, here that service is bad and even that they do not repair your PCM le charge, east sonde ecuentro information on how to repair those types of modules I'm an engineer in systems and, it's all thanks I say goodbye

The repair centers GM has (they have 2) will not give or sell that information. Third party places who do PCM repairs/rebuilds sign agreements with the manufacturers restricting the information to them. It makes it almost impossible to do any board level repair beyond opening the case and looking for burnt components. And it's going to get worse because they are trying to get laws passed to protect their "intellectual" property and make is so that the average shop won't be able to do any repairs beyond oil changes and tires.

In fact the countries outside of the US sometimes have better access than those of us inside the country because they don't have all the laws to deal with.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.
