Hi,

Would need to adjust my Parking Brake Lever.

I do have Rear Drum Brakes.

Not sure, is there an adjustment screw near the Lever, or is it done under the vehicle at the back near the drum brakes?

Thanks

First I would make sure the rear shoes are in good shape. Next, check the adjustment of the shoes, can I ask if you have a low brake pedal, this is a sign the shoes are worn or out of adjustment. The parking brake is self-adjusting. Fully apply and release hand brake 4-6 times to self-adjust. There is no other adjustment, you might have stretched parking bake cables or something is broken.

I have replaced (both sides) everything (new springs, new shoes, new drums).
But now the cable has a bit of slack.
I know from other cars that you have an adjustment nut somewhere to shorten or extend the cable a bit.

So, in this case, just applying and releasing the hand brake 4-6 times should self-adjust it?

Yep, but I would double check your work to make sure the cable is connected correctly.
