Code P219A?

I have the car listed above with slight modifications such as long tube headers, high flow cat x-pipe, and a tune. I randomly got a DTC code P219A that I can't seem to fix. I have changed the O2 sensors and MAF to try and solve the issue and neither worked. I have noticed the code will come on after some "spirited" V8 driving but will go away if I drive it like a normal human being lol. Furthermore, I have noticed at idle my LTFT are high, around 14-18%, but as soon as I apply the gas pedal, they drop to roughly 3-5% and STFT are close to 0. I will include the freeze frame data and other photos that may help.

Hi,

The high LTFT indicates the computer is trying to add fuel to a lean fuel mixture. It can be caused by several things including a vacuum leak, an exhaust leak, even a leaking dipstick.

I attached a list below. Check some of the simple things. Also, pay attention to see if there are any exhaust manifold leaks (header) pre-oxygen sensor.
