I got this code and when I researched it, all the sites said to replace the Purge Valve. So I did. But two weeks later the code came back. So I checked to make sure the canister was fully installed, and it was. So I reset the code. 3 weeks later it comes back again. What, other than the purge valve could be causing this? I see no difference in mileage and feel no difference when driving.

Thank you in advance, Stephen

This would be because the vent valve is stuck closed, here is the location so you can check it out.

P1450 - Unable to Bleed Up Fuel Tank Vacuum

Clear the codes once completed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

For clarification, do you mean the valve in the new canister? Thanks

Did you replace the canister, I see you made sure it was fully installed, and if the canister is new did it come with a new valve? And if so this valve might be defective, I would put 12 volts to it to see if you can blow through it, this will confirm its correct operation.
