This was the code feedback. My car overheated and my engine light came on. I changed my thermostat and refilled the coolant. The temperature seems to be stable, but the check engine light is still on. I took it out on the road, drove for about 45 minutes and it seems good, but that light is still there. A/C works both cold and heat, both fans working, no leaks. I'm not sure why the engine light is still on. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

So, have you tried to reset the code?
Usually, the engine light won't go away unless it is reset.

Here is a guide on resetting the light:

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.

Thank you. I am just worried that there is something else. I will get the code cleared and run again. I'll follow up soon.

Sounds good. If the issue does not exist then the engine light will not come back on.
