Was given a P0805 error which looking online it said clutch position sensor. The Ford dealership said that there is no part for this vehicle. I just need to know how to fix this error because the car is currently not drivable.

That doesn't list as a valid code on that transmission, in that the dealer is correct. The code you posted would be the clutch switch on a manual transmission vehicle.
However it could be a code concerning the sensors in one of the shift clutch motors on your transmission. First thing I would do is scan it again with a different scan tool to see if you get a different code. Some of the tools out there have issues with newer vehicles.
What is the car actually doing, that may help narrow it down?
Just to verify the transmission you have, is it the DPS6 6 speed auto-shifted manual or is it the 4 speed automatic?

Well, the check engine light had came on. That's when I went to AutoZone and have them scan it. That's when they gave me the P0805 error code. So, I drove home, so I could try and reset the check engine light. So, here I am driving home. The car starts acting like it won't shift into any gears whatsoever. Then I get a message on my radio screen stating " transmission hot, wait 5 minutes" so I do that it drove a little way down the road and quit. So I spent about 2 hours doing that before leaving it on the side of the road. I had it towed back to my house. I tried resetting it via the battery, but apparently you can't clear the code that way. So, I bought a Walmart scanner and it gave me error codes P0805 and P2872 (clutch "A" engaged). I tried to use the scanner to clear it. Apparently you can not do that because there is apparently no reset for that. It's an automatic transmission but it has that dual clutch thingy which is a pain in my side. The parts places I have been to hasn't been able to tell me much at all. I am confused and just want my horrible car running again.

Well, you may not like the answer to the problem. That transmission is aptly named as a D@%# Piece of S$%#. It has been nothing but problems since Ford started using it. I'm shocked you made it 200,000 without an issue! The way that transmission works is that it is essentially two transmissions in one case with gears 1,3 and 5 on one clutch and 2,4 and 6 on the other.
The most common item in this failure mode is the transmission control module. It is not a real hard part as far as replacing it physically, but then it has to be programmed to your vehicle and then calibrated to match the wear in the transmission and your driving habits. Not something that can be done with the scan tool you have. Ford has an extended warranty on the TCM, but you are already over the 5 years or 150,000 miles. That said, calling a dealer to see if they might extend a goodwill gesture wouldn't hurt. Just don't call the one who lied to you! This is a very well known issue with this transmission.

There is a possible other thing you can take a look at as well. It should be applicable to your car as they didn't change much in the transmission and wiring over the years in that car.
Rather than type it all out you can watch a few videos on that transmission.
