P0740 TCC out of range

I have the vehicle listed above it is a Routan. P0740 TCC out of range.

Car has no issues and no symptoms yet. But when i cleared the code it takes a few miles and two to three cycles for check engine light to come on. What could be causing the problem?

Hello,

It sounds like you have torque converter control solenoid that needs replacement. Here is a guide to help you see what you are in for when removing the pan:
