P0441 purge incorrect flow. I checked the purge valve it seems to open and closes. When the purge valve is purging the fuel tank pressure sensor did not go down to vacuum it stayed at 3.46 KPA but ESIM switch went to closed. After I open the gas cap, fuel tank pressure sensor stayed the same at 3.46 KPA. ( The scan tool I have does not use InH2O or Hg ). It that seems like a bad fuel tank pressure sensor or could be something else? Also what the gas tank fuel pressure should be in KPA when the gas cap is open?

Yep, this sounds like the pressure sensor is bad, here is the location so you can swap it out to help fix the problem, be sure to clear the codes once the repairs are completed.

Normal FTPS values (key on, engine off): Typically around 0 kPa (atmospheric pressure) It will drift slightly ±0.3 kPa depending on altitude and temperature.

When you open the gas cap: FTPS should immediately drop to approx 0.0 kPa. If it stays unchanged - sensor is stuck or the reference hose/port is blocked.

The sensor is on the fuel tank with the fuel pump. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Do you know if there is an access hole underneath the back seat to get to it. Also, what you mean by reference hose/port is blocked. Also can I get the wiring diagram of the connector like that I can check 5v ref ground and signal for circuit integrity

If the hose from the purge valve might be pinched shut so the vacuum never makes it to the tank so please check that, there is no access port to the tank so it will need to be removed and the gas drained first, this video can help with that.

Here is the wiring diagrams so you can see what is going on and how the sensor works. Check out the images (below).

AllData gave you the wrong information. the sensor is located on a hose underneath the rear right liner fender. I checked by unplugging the connector. the pressure went down to minus 820 Pa. I am glad the sensor is NOT on the gas tank. this is a short video where is located .

The FTPS was replaced. Check engine light is off but p0441 is a permanent code. How many drive cycle I need to drive to clear the code by the PCM. Is there a fast way to be done?

Yes, I did use scan tool to try erase the code. But because it's a permanent code. The scanner cannot erase the code. The computer will erase it when it sees that the fault is gone. But I want to know how long will take the PCM to erase the code?

If the code comes back even though you have not started the engine or run it for any length of time I would say the PCM is bad. You can remove it and send it in for testing these guys do a good job:

https://www.flashmastersecm.com

No code is permanent they all should be able to be cleared and then the code will come back if there is a problem. Let me know what happens.
