Recently bought a truck and didn’t bring my obd2 scanner. Drove it home to find it has p0122, p0223 codes, I checked the voltages at the connector and all seem fine. I have a Maddox MR16 scanner and checked the live data while slowly and smoothly applying throttle and there were no spikes or anything out of the ordinary. Wondering if it’s the throttle body, another component on the circuit or a wiring issue somewhere. I forgot to mention, I have 0 drivability issues or idle issues. Throttle response seems very normal, it runs and drives as good as any other Silverado I’ve driven.

Yep, I would install a new throttle body even though it looks good on the scanner, look to see if the throttle body is new already and if so the PCM is bad.

P0122 = Throttle Position Sensor 1 circuit low voltage
P0223 = Throttle Position Sensor 2 circuit high voltage

This video will show you how replace the throttle body.

I’ve replaced the throttle body and performed the relearn procedure and the codes are still there. I try to clear the codes and when the scanner runs again the codes are back immediately after clearing. Which in my interpretation that means it’s an electrical fault. Should I go ahead and replace pcm? I can’t see any obvious wiring issues.
