I’ve replaced my bank 1 sensor 1 twice now, cleared code both times and within twenty four hours the code is back on again. Used my multi-meter and everything is reading the correct oms and volts.

Hello, the problem is going to be in the wires going to the heater in the O2 Sensors heater. They should be the two black wires. Double check the connector to make sure that there is no damage or corrosion on it. If the connector is okay follow the two heater wires back and look for broken or fraying on them. I have included a description of the DTC, connector end views and wiring diagrams in the diagrams down below. Please go through the information and check things out and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
