Overheating

My car has been overheating recently and I stop driving for a couple days. Today I noticed that there was antifreeze leaking from the engine block on both right and left side. I was told to use a seal oil that I can get from AutoZone and it should seal the leak right up. Should I do that or is there something that could be recommended to me to stop the overheating. I love this car don't want to drive it until I can get it fixed. Also the computer reads that a gasket misfires.

Hello again,

What size is the engine in your vehicle and is it leaking from the front or the rear, top or bottom of your engine?

Thanks,
Alex
