Overheating puddle of coolant on the ground?

I noticed my car was starting to overheat it stayed right above the middle temperature (higher than normal) when I got home and turned my car off I had a puddle of coolant on the ground but my reservoir was still filled what can be the issue? Some one said water pump?

That could be but can I ask if when this is happening do you hear the radiator cooling fan working? If not this will be the issue, the cooling fan motors go out when you have this many miles on the car. But, if there is a leak and you need to keep refilling the reservoir then the leak will be the issue. If you cant see where the leak is rent a pressure tester from the auto part store (free) and watch this video to help you find the leak
