I changed (with new parts from NAPA ) the radiator, CO2 oxygen sensor, thermostat with casing, the water pump kit with timing belt. I even place a Spit Fire spark plug to burn the oil in cylinder three. The car still overheats. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

Good morning.

I sounds like you have covered most of the reasons but from the overheating, it may have damaged the head gasket leaking superheated combustion gases in the coolant.

You can get a chemical kit and check the head gasket from a parts store. That will tell if you have any gases in the coolant indicating a failed head gasket.
