Had a weak transmission when i bought the vehicle about three and a half months ago. I had the transmission rebuilt and everything was great. Took it on an hour trip Christmas day and overdrive worked fine. About two weeks later, my transmission decided to stop going into overdrive. My dad is a mechanic and runs a transmission shop, but I am tired of waiting on him to take a look at it. Any ideas on possibilities?

Hello,

It sounds like the control button for the overdrive has gone out, but we should run the codes to see if any come up such a shaft speed sensor.

Please let us know what happens.
