Other than occasionally needing to jump the car runs fine. Went to start it and it will turn over but not start. I am charging the battery because it went dead after not using car for a little bit.

Good morning,

Low voltage is the most common reason for no starts. Your battery needs to be 12.6 volts when fully charged. The starter needs that much power to work and allow the computers to power up there areas.

Can you test the battery with a voltmeter and let me know the voltage?

I ended swapping my fuel pump relay for the horn and it started up. How do I figure out why that happened or just get a new relay for the horn and if it happens again then figure out why? Thank you so much for responding it was very helpful.

It could be the relay. They do fail.

Replace the horn relay and see what happens.

Let me know if you have continued issues.
