2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette what is the problem

My van is stalling every time I take my foot of the gas it wont idle it just started an hour ago I dont know what to do.

Has the check engine light come on? It sounds like a bad throttle position sensor, or idle air control valve. However, that is a guess at this point.
