Car has been sitting for awhile and will not start. I am getting fuel. Car turns over. Could it be crank trigger?

Ok you say you are getting fuel but do you know what the pressure is? Have you checked the fuel filter? Have you checked to see if you have spark? To check for spark remove a spark plug wire from a plug and then either put an old plug in the end or a philips screw driver in the end and put near metal (like the valve cover) have someone crank it over and see if there is spark. Let me know what you find.

We are not getting any spark and the fuel pressure seems to be ok. We checked the fuel by releasing the check valve and it spit out pretty good.

Ok so do you have a digital multi meter to run some tests on the ignition module that is under the coil pack? I would like to run a couple of tests on it as I suspect that will be the problem.
