1990 Oldsmobile Regency engine rotates slow

My engine is starting to rotate slow a some time it will not start after driving.I was hoping you could tell the problem sir thank you

Hi there,
This sounds like a battery or starter issue, get the battery load tested and if it provides to be faulty have it replaced and get the battery terminals cleaned and replaced if at all corroded, if the battery is ok, have the starter bench load tested for a fault.
