Oldsmobile 1992 Cutless Ciera S

I have an oldsmobile 1992 cutless Ciera S. While I was driving. My car started to act up. As soon as I let off the gas to break my car stalled. We checked the plugs and they are all firing. The car will start only when I turn the car over and give it gas at the same time. As soon as I let off the gas it stalls. While the car is running is sounds like the timing is off horribly if anyone can help please let me know thank you

I found out that my car over rev'ed and the piston bent the intake and exaust valves does this mean that the timing chain slipped also? What else should I be concerned about?
