No heat or air

I have a 94 Oldsmobile 98 with 135,000 miles on it. The problem started all of a sudden about 3 monthes ago when I turn on the a/c or heat the controls light up but I get no air. I checked the fuse and it is good. Where is the blower motor located and how do I check it/ Any other suggestions on what it could be and how do I go about fixing it. I live in the North east and it is getting cold in the morning the windshield does defrost slowly after about 30 minutes. HEEELLLLPPPPP

The blower motor is located inside the fire wall in the engine compartment, I belive it is on the passenger side

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
