When the motor gets Hot the coolant fan is suppose to kick on to cool down the radiator correct?

Now my Fan does not come on at all. I have replaced the fuses and the relays and check the wiring also replaced upper and lower radiator hoses and radiator that were bad. Plus replaced thermostat. I also replace the fan itself. Now I thought I fixed the problem but nope fan still won't turn on to cool the radator.

But the Fan does kick on when I put on the A/C

Help me out here why does this Fan not come on when it gets HOT?

I am Confused here!

Sorry to give you the bad news, but if you've changed all that the only 2 parts left are the electronic coolant temp sensor(ECT) and the computer(PCM)! Go with the ECT first. It's MUCH cheaper than PCM!

I am having the same problem with a 1994 Saturn 1.9L 16V SC2.I want to know how to run some new wires so the fan will come on. Like to the positive on the battery or something.
