1983 Other Oldsmobile Models Blac smoke from engine when it

Car has only 63k miles. When you start it in the mornings black smoke comes out the tail pipe, runs very rough until it is warm. Once it is warm up runs like a new car. Is the the carbuerator too rich or what, I put new plugs, wires, rotor and still have the same problem. Help me if you can.

Sounds like it may have a sticky or mis-adjusted choke. Try cleaning the choke assembly with carb cleaner then spray it with a little WD-40 to lube it all. If that doesnt help, you may need to take it to a shop to have it adjusted.
