Engine Performance problem
1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue Automatic
When I am driving the car, initially it starts and runs ok. After about two minutes, it just wont accelerate anymore but the car is still on. If I turn it off for a minutes, it will start and go once again and then it stops accelerating once again. And so on. the muffler has been replaced and so has the catalyctic converter. I thought would solve the problem. Nope it didnt. Also my boyfriend changed out the spark plugs, could it be that he didnt do it right and that is what is causing the problem?
