Head gaskets changed about a year ago, flushed as best I could the antifreeze and readded new only to drive 15 miles and it is there again, is there an internal oil cooler that could fail or would this be a intake manifold issue, dont believe it is the head gaskets - dealer fixed last time.

If the dealer fixed the head gasket then they prpobably put the newer style intake gaskets on it which would fix that as well. Check to see if you trans fluid is down there is a tube inside the passenger side tank for the transmission. It could be that or it could be residue left over from when you had the head gaskets replaced. If your trans fluid is ok, then i'd suggest flushing the system with a cleaner like Prestone rad cleaner, not the flush. Then pull you bottom hose after doing the flush. Also clean the coolant tank out with a power washer if you can.
