I checked the oil and it looked like a milky substance?

I was driving my car and gave her some power, when I did it died, and would not start again, I checked the oil and it looked like a milky substance in there how do I fix it and did I blow the engine

Hello,

It sounds like you have a blown head gasket. The milky substance is a sign of coolant mixed with oil due to a failed head gasket.

In order to replace the head gasket, the cylinder head needs to be removed. Also, it is recommended to check the cylinder head and the block for any warpage while it is apart.
