1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Fan does not work

1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl 95000 miles

My son has a 93 Olds Cutlass Supreme and the blower does not work. I checked the fuses and they are fine. What could the problem be? I have tried researching this and I have read it may be the blower motor, blower motor relay or speed control resistor. So where are each of these located? And how to I test them to see which one it might be? Thanks for all your help!

First thing to check is the relay, since it is the easiest and cheapest component. you can learn how to test a relay by following this link..

your vehicle's blower motor relay is located in the component center, behind right side of instrument panel.
