1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Blower for Air Conditioning/Heater

My air conditioning was just converted and puts out really cold air but the blower doesn't seem to be that strong whether using air or heat. My windshield also fogs up sometimes, especially with the AC on. Is this a blower problem/motor for blower or what.

Hello, did the problem start after you had the work done? You might talk to the people that did the work. Do all the speeds work correctly? Do the directional controls work for floor-- defrost--panel? You may need to check the actuators, make sure those doors are working as they should.
