Suspension problem
1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass V8 Automatic

I have a 1969 Olds. Cutlass Supreme 4d, anyways when I go Over a bump or into a Dip, with 1-3 people in the car. I will hear a scraping noise (off and on).. Now, I already replaced the struts and coil springs, and I still hear the same noise. Also, the coil springs move freely on the plate with nothing holding it still. So, I don't know if it's the tires, coil springs moving, or something else... Can you help me???

Is the underside of the car scraping?

I don't think so, because it sounds like it's futher up, like above the rear axle or something.
