1997 Oldsmobile Ciera starting

My ciera has trouble starting. Usually I turn the ign once and no start. The second time it fires up. If I do it three times withouit starting or push the pedal too soon It seems like it is flooded (smells of gas). I then wait a couple meinutes and it starts on the second turn again. When the engine is warm it starts right away. Can you help?

I need you to check fuel pressure and fuel pressure drop off. You may have a leak and it takes the pump a few seconds to reprime the system. Here is a how to video and directions:
