It should be under the hood, passenger side front, around the relay pack, 15 amp. There is also a fuel pump prime connector in the general area, that is a test connector for the pump. You can run the pump without using the key. Red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it, If you use a jumper wire from battery+ to the connector the pump should run, use an inline fuse, if you try it. Some databases give different locations for that connector.
