1992 Oldsmobile Ciera battery troubles

I just recently replaced the bettery and I had a small start up when I turned the ignition and then nothing, iver tried multiple times to re-start and nothing. All the electrical in the car is out. I dont know if its because it attached the terminals in the wrong order or if I tightened them too tight or if I blew out the ecs when I tried to restart. Any advice to troubleshoot is appreciated. Thanks!

First check that the red is connected to the + and the black is connected to - then check voltage at battery and then check voltage at the power distrubution center under the hood also check ECM fuse in fuse panel
