1989 Oldsmobile Ciera running cold

The car just seems to run cold all the time, especially if I am actually driving. If I am sitting idling it will warm up. What could be causing that, possible thermostat

Could be if its sticking, replace it and see what happens

Ok I changed it and it is still doing the same thing.

Are you talking about engine heat or heat from the heater

Recheck the thermostat and heater core if its clogged-up and also the temperature gauge sending unit

How do you unclog the heater core. Just run a flush through it
