1989 Oldsmobile Ciera keep cutting off

Car is in shop getting looked at again, starts up good sounds good too, needs tuneup, drives for seconds then shuts off and wont startup, had computer replaced then mec. Said gas gage in tank was bad told me to keep gas in it, I did but problem still here this guy has hadcar for 1week still cant find problem does this problem sound familiar
