The air condition fan works only on occasion, usually when I start the car in the am, then after shopping and starting again, it will not come back on.

The A/C itself is working and air blows in from the outside as a result of moving, but no cold air if I am stopped.

It also will not adjust speed, it is either high or none at all.

The outside temperature display reads 50 even if it is 100 degrees outside.

As for the blower motor issue, it would seem as though either the blower motor relay or the blower resistor pack has failed.

For the temp. Reading, it is caused by a faulty ambient temperature sensor.

Sure, your ambient air temp. Sensor is on the left center of the radiator support.
