2002 Oldsmobile Bravada Rubbing noise when making left and

I have been experiencing a rubbing noise noise when making left and right turns. I took it to a local shop and the guy told me other than a bad tie rod that needed to be replaced he couldnt explain why it was making the noise. I replaced the tie rod and the rubbing noise still persists. Going forward or in reverse I experience the rubbing noise but only when making left and right turns. Please help

Have you checked if there are any visible signs under the front end of the tires rubbing something? Also, have you checked the brakes? Have you checked to make sure the rubber boots on the VC joints are good?
