2001 Oldsmobile Bravada trouble code P0449

Figured it was an emissions thing, like the PO440 that keeps appearing yet doesn't affect my mileage.
But this P0449 keeps coming back right after deleting it. I researched and all I find is something about a vent valve, but no specifis about what it is and where it is located.

Suspect faulty EVAP canister vent valve or wiring of component. EVAP vent valve is located on crossmember, rear of fuel tank. Also inspect EVAP canister purge solenoid valve, located on top right rear of engine.
