2000 Oldsmobile Bravada wipers

While driving in the rain, my front wipers just stopped.
I checked the fuse, it is good. I turned the wipers on high with the engine running, unplugged the motor, used a test light on all 5 poles. Should one have lit up if the motor was getting fire? Or is it my wiper motor. Also there is supposed to be a circuit breaker. Where is it located and how do I check it?
