1998 Oldsmobile Aurora not getting warm

My 1998 oldsmobile aurora does not blow hot air it blows air that is warmer than outside but I'm still freezing...

First inspect coolant level to ensure it is full. If OK, let the engine warm up and turn heat to High. With this, feel the 2 hoses coming from heater core under hood, near firewall. They should both be warm to touch. If one or both are cool then your heater core is clogged or faulty.
