I have a 1996 Aurora and I think its the fan motor but I'm not sure. The settings on the dashboard says its on but there is no heat blowing out of the vents. But sometimes when I hit a bump or hit my dashboard the vents will start working again. What should I do, or what is my problem?

When your dashboard says the fan is on, can you actually hear it running? If not, then the blower motor is bad.

If it comes on and off when you hit bumps and/or hit your dashboard, then you have a bad connection and/or wiring.

You'll have to disassemble the module under the dashboard and check the wiring from the dashboard control all the way to the blower motor itself.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
