I would like to know what to do if my car doesn't blow out any cool air when I turn the air conditioner on? It blows out warm air. In the winter time, my heater doesn't get very warm either until I have driven it awhile.

Have you checked to make sure the AC is properly charged? Is the compressor cycling? As far as the heat, is the engine warming up to a normal operating temp?
