2002 Oldsmobile Alero radio

I installed a radio in this vehicle. I accidentally touched two wires together. And now the tail lights and dash lights do not work. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. What could this be. Is it a relay or something more serious?

Most likely in line fuse has blown. You sure you checked all fuses and the in line fuses? BTW just looking at a fuse isn't considered testing it, you need to actually use a test meter on them to be sure.
