Runs like its out of time. Gets red before the converter timeing comp coil packs have all been checked by a tech no one knows whats causeing my problem can u help

What codes are in the PCM? What do you mean "runs like out of time"? Is it sluggish? No power?

0300 is the code misses pops back through the air cleaner has no power cannt get over like 25 mph if u can keep it from stalling

Try loosening the exhaust before the cats and driving it. It will be loud, but if the cats are partially pluggd, it will have its power back
