1997 Oldsmobile Achieva 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 179.00 miles

my achieva keeps stalling. It doesnt do it all the time only when I drive it for a while. Then it starts idling all crazy and not getting any gas. The oil lite will come on and it just stalles out. So I have to pull over and let it rest. But it usually starts back up. But I have to let it rest a while so it wont stall so frequently

Has the check engine liught come on? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure? Here is a how to for doing that.
