My Oldsmobile 88 won't kick out any air. The A/C and the heat won't turn on as well as the defrost (front and rear). All of my fuses are in tact. Is it the blower motor or is it something more?

Welcome to the forum. I'd check the circuits at the blower relay, center rear of engine compartment, maybe on the firewall. If you can see the wiring colors, orange- red- dark blue- black- purple. Dark blue wire is voltage for lower speeds, goes hot with key on and hvac controls. Red wire is voltage for high speed, hot all the time. No continuity for high speed unless relay is energized. When relay isn't energized, continuity for lower speeds.
