My car will run sometimes but it will cut off and sin but don't turn over and also the windows locks and seat won't work either what anda will it will all start back working.

This may sound crazy, but I want you to lift the carpet on the driver's side near the kick panel. There is wiring there that is spliced together. Make sure it isn't corroded.
