1986 Oldsmobile 442 Hesitation

86 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 43,000 origanial miles
fresh tune up everything ACdelco. Plugs wires etc even EGR valve. Still hesitates at take offs. Help please. Car was rarely driven before I brought it

Could be caused by the following:

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires

Yes I understand but the car has 43,000 orig miles and never driven in winters and is not fuel injected. And I replaced all the parts you listed

Check the fuel pressure and then report back with the readings

Thanks but how do I do that. Do you think its the Carb. Its got the 4barrel. The check engine like works but its not on at all

Disconnect the in-line fuel filter and hook up the fuel pressure gauge-could be a problem with the accelerator pump circuit
